3. The PuffPAI Product

PuffPAI runs on a computer in your home. Voice processing, AI responses and personal data storage happen on that computer. Smart home control talks to your own Home Assistant on your network. No data is transmitted to our servers. If you switch on a feature that needs the internet, like weather, radio or web search, that feature contacts the service it needs directly; it does not go through us.

Personal documents and data you store on your PuffPAI device remain on your device. We have no access to this data and no ability to retrieve it.
